Adrienne is a freelance writer and researcher. A versatile writer, latterly she has worked with clients to produce analysis and forward-looking perspectives on business, philanthropy and social enterprise, particularly in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

You’ll find her work published by the Economist Intelligence Unit and The Guardian, among others. She is also former associate editor of award-winning nonprofit magazine Philanthropy Age, which won Digital Magazine Awards’ Editorial Team of the Year 2016.


She started out in international development in the private sector and the European Union institutions, managing technical assistance projects in Africa and South Asia.

Prior to arriving in Singapore, Adrienne worked in Dubai, London and Brussels. She holds an MA in international peace and security from King’s College, London and a BA in French and international studies from the University of Warwick, UK.
